「Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating.」

「The lobby was really nice and clean. So was the surrounding areas around the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to enter the room cca 30 min before the official check in time with no fuss about it from the staff. Room was reasonable equipped - hangers, little ironing device and proper board too. Also a Holly Bible was there, which I even as a none believer, found really nice. We were staying over night as have attended the wedding at this place and I can say that...

「Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one.」
