“I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. When I checked in, there was no explanation as to how my room would be cleaned. In fact, no one came to clean my room, I ended up going to the front desk and……

“Staff was nowhere to be found I asked for a room that was free from pets. I was told my room was a non pet room but saw scratch marks where a dog had made on the door. The table in the room had food and drink marks left behind. Obviously not cleaned after the last visitor. The kitchen area was dirty and had broken appliances. The drain in the tub was clogged and backed up while using the sink and shower. I will never stay at this hotel or its chains again.”
