You'll love our beautiful bungalow beneath the red hills of Washington—a rural setting minutes from restaurants & shopping in St. George, Broadway at Tuachan Amphitheater, biking, hiking, & off-roading. Year-round golfing on 20 public golf courses. 4 pickleball courts at the neighborhood park a couple of blocks away.

Less than 30 miles to Zion National Park & Glen Canyon. Day trip to Grand Canyon National Park & Bryce National Park. Explore 4 state parks: Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Gunlock. Around the corner from the new Red Cliffs Temple. Short trip to Pine Valley and Brian Head mountain resort.

The space
Downstairs: master bedroom and bath with king bed with 4K, wifi-interactive TV; main living area with another 4K, wifi-interactive TV; kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar plus breakfast nook that also seats four; 1/2 bath (powder room). Patio: grill, outdoor seating & coffee table plus extra fold-out table & chairs available (pls ask when booking). Upstairs: bedroom with queen bed; two twin bunk beds in middle bedroom/office. full bath with tub and shower. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms so you can sleep in!

Guest access
We share a front yard space with 5 other cottages. There is a deep single-car garage, as well as extra parking spaces by the garages and on Cattail Way for a car or smaller vehicle. Any trucks, trailers, campers, etc., need to parked on Washington Fields Road, just below the steps up to the bungalows.

As soon as you're confirmed you'll be given access codes to enter the Cottage.

Garbage is in the garage or directly behind and you'll be given the code for access.

Other things to note
Keurig with coffee and tea provided for your first few days. Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent (four loads) and dryer sheets.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are Ginger Lily Farms Citrus (gluten, phosphate, sulfate, paraben, and cruelty free, as well as 100% vegan).

Pls note, for longer stays we schedule full cleaning service for you (linens included) every 2 weeks for $100 which will be added to your total after booking. This is to ensure your comfort and that the space remains in top shape for the next guest. The cleaning fee paid at booking covers cleaning after your rental. Thanks so much!
