The stay was nice. Check in is a bit like solving a riddle or a tressure map. Kitchen has the basic necessities. Everything is clean and tidy. Locaion is great. Getting to D.C was not complicated at all, would recommend to anyone.

Dirty looking stained towels. The parking garage did not fit our van. I haven’t heard anything about my parking permit refund. Only one working elevator with buttons that kept getting stuck. Dirty dusty dishes. Someone hung up on me twice while I was trying to get some help. Scum on both sink faucets.
