The home was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need including coffee & filters. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping in DuPont circle. Having a full size washer/dryer was a plus!The hosts communications was above & beyond, she even sent me tips & links for sight seeing.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood

My husband, son, and I had a very relaxing time in the apartment. Our host, Charlotte, was cheerful, kind, and accommodating. We would choose to stay here again if we get to come back to D.C. in the future. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t walk anywhere or take the metro. But we did find the TV system very complicated and endlessly frustrating. And no one offered to help!

Comfortable, convenient apartment

This basement apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Everything you need is provided. The queen bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed and stocked with coffee and tea. A Whole Foods is just around the corner. Note that access to all Metro lines is just over 1/2-mile from the apartment. Wear your comfortable shoes and you'll be fine.

It was my first time in DC as a tourist. Love this city and VRBO. Relatively close to the very easy to use metro. We bought a 7 day pass. Host was responsive. 2 blocks to a Whole Foods. 3 blocks to ice cream. We love the Pearl Dive 6 block walk. Great back outside back patio on this place. Awesome TV. Great bed. Awesome leather recliner. Host got back to us timely via the messaging app in VRBO though we had zero issues. Queen size bed and bedding were awesome. Lower unit 5 easy steps down. Temp and comfort was awesome just empty tge dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. Very easy to do. Safe walking at night.

Truly was a home away from home! I felt safe and it was a great location. The host was most receptive and returned responses promptly. Everything was as advertised - and all appliances were top notch and worked well. I stayed for several weeks and was comfortable. The apartment is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Homey feel and very comfy bed. The outer staircase is very narrow so bring your suitcases down after you. I had to leave early due to a family emergency so didn't get to enjoy my stay too much unfortunately. The only thing I didn't like was that the blinds need to stay shut due to the location. Clean, comfy, convenient, a good option for a DC visit.
