Great location. This is a great place to stay if you are attending a convention because it is walking distance from the convention center. Living in the inner city of Houston I appreciate the eccentricity of downtown DC. My friends and I felt safe and had no complaints of the locals.

Great place, interesting location
Cozy little house. Two nice full bedrooms and a good bathroom. Would not recommend for 6 adults. The sleeper sofa takes up most of the living room space and kitchen table is also more for a group of 4. We stayed with 4 adults and a 2 year old, we had good space and a good time. The neighbourhood is fairly sketchy, always people on every street corner. However, never had any incident just not ideal.

Loved everything except parking, kinda tight had a frontier truck and the crew started tearing up the alleyway in back second day.and would have loved to have a key to gate to unload car thru back gate to house.
