Summary:
Gorgeous 3BR/3BA with GARAGE PARKING and ROOF DECK & BALCONY, two gas grills, outdoor seating and dining, plus top-of-the-line finishes inside! Gleaming HARDWOOD FLOORS, EXPOSED BRICK, SPA BATHROOMS, WINE FRIDGE and CHEF'S KITCHEN opens to a lovely living area with access to outdoor space. Gorgeous city views over Crispus Attucks Park too! At 90 days there is no city tax so be sure to explore a 3 month stay if you are considering anything slightly short of that.

The Space:
You'll love the multiple levels, open layout, beautiful hardwood floors, and most importantly the VIEWS over Crispus Attucks park from TWO BALCONIES and a HUGE ROOF DECK!

Guest Access:
You can enter anytime from front or rear, with a secure password that is unique to you. Each password works only for the stay of each guest.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is gorgeous- built at the same time as Dupont Circle and Georgetown and with the same architects, it has historic flair and natural beauty. There are trees and flowers everywhere, and it's so nice to just walk around. Metro is about 15 minutes walking, and there is a Whole Foods about the same distance too.

Getting Around:
Uber is easiest but there are rental bikes and scooters throughout the neighborhood for easy use; you can also catch buses downtown every 5-10 minutes during the day along Rhode Island Avenue. Metro is just a quick walk away too.

Comfortable and Great Views

We highly recommend this home while in DC. The accommodations are comfortable and updated. There was plenty of room for our family including 3 areas to sit outside. The roof deck was a nice surprise to enjoy the fresh air and great views. David our host was very responsive to our needs and quick to respond.
