Perfect for our stay

This home was a lovely spot to hang our hats for a couple of weeks: clean, good location, next to a park. Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Good communication. Would stay again!

The property was easy to locate and situated between Washington and St. George. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a very nice park with a walking path. The interior of the home was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. We were about 45 minutes away from Zion National Park and 2.5 hours away from Bryce Canyon. Snow Canyon State Park was 20 minutes away. If you want to dodge the crowds in the larger parks, Snow Canyon is the place to go. I'd stay here again.

Great getaway!

We drove down from Northern Utah to meet family who had flown in from Michigan to enjoy SW Utah for a long weekend. This property was perfect for all of us, with great location and amenities. Ample room and furnishings for preparing meals and enjoying down time, with plenty of parking for our oversized pickup with trailer to haul our ATVs. Will definitely be returning for our next visit to the area!

Definitely recommend to others. One of the best so far.

This property was extremely clean. It is a very quiet, fairly new house with neighbors only on one side. Very nice garage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The patio was very large and nice with a the gas fire table working perfectly. We used it every night under the stars. The grill was a plus also. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rental properties and this was probably the best so far. Recommending it to friends who are planning a trip to Utah in the near future.

Great location with a private feel.

This home was clean and comfortable for our family (6 adults). The location in the neighborhood made it feel quite private, especially on the huge back patio. Great place to relax after any adventure. Thanks!

Very quiet place

It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. The community pool was extra warm, and was a great place to end the day. The kids loved all the games that were available at the house.
