"Rooms were dreary and dilapidated. Painted areas show all the signs of peeling and chipping that the poor housekeeping staff can only wipe over. Holes in the bathroom covered by thin pieces of wood. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but I have to warn fellow travelers."

"For almost $250 per night I expected a room that was bigger than a good-sized closet, s bathroom larger than 2’X2’, with more than 1 ply toilet paper, a toilet seat that slid, a teeny bar of cracked soap, thin towels, an overhead light too dim for reading, a reading lamp bolted to the bureau near a hard wooden chair that one would have to be a pretzel to use for reading. "This place should be avoided at all costs. Read the google reviews before booking. We checked out the same night we arrived, it was basically uninhabitable. The room was tiny, there were bugs in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, the bathroom looked like it was from the 1970s, and the security/lighting around the place was sketchy. I would not recommend anyone stay there."

"Just finished a five week visit. The apartment was as promised in the listing. Hyatus was very responsive to our inquiries. The dedicated parking lot was much appreciated in lieu of the street parking. We will stay here again if the need arises."
