"The ease of checking in and checking out is exactly what we needed this weekend for a basketball tournament with unpredictable game times. The house had all the stuff we needed for my three kids and I. Plenty of towels/washclothes, kitchen accessories and even tea. I really appreciated the comfy beds and blankets. "I rented this house with my husband, his sister, and her husband, to attend a special family event. This house was in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of room for both couples. It's beautiful finished and furnished, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. And we loved that it was supplied with local soap and lotion, a bottle of wine, Easter flowers, and everything we needed for breakfast: bread, egg, bacon, coffee, and cream! Location was nice located across the street from a dollar general incase you needed to grab any last minute items. The Pitt campus, shopping and restaurants all within 15 minute drive. Parking is on the street and was typically readily available. We would stay again."

"Once we became acclimated to the terrain & most convenient roads to reach the destination, it was pretty easy to get around. The house provided sufficient space for our small group. The only thing was the lack of AC to keep us cool. Only one room fan and a small ceiling fan upstairs. Our last night was a bit WARM & a little sweaty. The house was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
