“This is a very cute little house on the end of a quiet street. It's within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and bars between 1st Street and 5th Street. If you don't mind a longer, hillier walk you could also go further south to City Park or to Stone Hill winery. But there's also easy transportation on the Trolley or local ride services.
We were happy to find there were more beds than pictured (3 queen size downstairs between 2 bedrooms, and 2 queens……

“Great communication, had a couple of leaks and shower flooded but the maintenance came right away to fix it. Overall clean, AC/Heat unit in each room, big kitchen, wonderful sitting area and decor.”

“The loft was so cozy with most everything we needed for meal prep and a nice dining experience at the table. The bedrooms were comfortable, clean and inviting. The view was outstanding as was the very walkable neighborhood.The hosts were more than accommodating because we had some bad weather and they gave us ample time to get away on our journey home. ”

“We LOVED our stay near Sunset Bluffs. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had more than we needed to make anything we wanted. The fireplace was amazing at heating up the living room when a cold snap came through, and the holiday decorations were such an unexpected surprise! So beautiful! The gentle green hills and open spaces were so beautiful, and brought so many different birds to the property. My son loved running around the backyard, and there was even a playground set for him to swing……

“It was clean, beds were comfortable and there were many unexpected extras like coffee, snacks, water. Beer and soda for purchase, qtips, cotton balls,, body wash, shampoo and cream rinse, makeup remover pads, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Also plenty of toilet paper and very easy to get into. Having a light on the porch is fantastic because I’ve arrived at other places at night like this time and there was no light so you’re digging for your phone to turn the flashlight on.
