The location is good, 2 minutes walk to bikini beach. From the balcony can see the beautiful view of the blue sea. Spacious and clean room. The food is very tasty. Fantastic experience. 「Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel.」

「When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
