“Our experience was very good. Very attentive bell staff”

“The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it. I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. Every time we left there was a homeless person panhandling on the corner. Overall the stay was ok. But again, the staff here was……

“Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy.”

“The room's refrigerator was noisy and woke me up a few times. Other than that everything else was great.”

“The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.”

“The room was amazing. It was larger than expected, clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. I would highly recommend and will be planning another stay next time we are in the area! Thank you for an awesome experience!”

“This is downtown and they charge $50 to park in their secure area. The room I had was old but cool and roomy, unfortunately the linens had blood stains. Plenty of dining areas close by and the Rock & Roll HOF is daily close by and where we went. The front desk and valet were all super nice and helpful too.”

“This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. Also had to lug suitcases up stairs because there was……
