"The only thing I wasn't happy about was that I called the day before to inquire about early check in and was told you call a few hours before check in to see if it was possible. I called about 5 hours before check in and was told it was on a first come first serve basis starting at 1 pm. I got there exactly at 1 only to be told no rooms were available. Such an inconvenience. I feel as though there could be a lot more transparency or straightforwardness in this aspect. Outside of that, great hotel and enjoyed the stay with its amenities"
