"Disappointing stay… front desk staff were not knowledgeable about parking, after paying fir two nights valet staff (who were very nice to us each time we left the building) said the parking garage was closed- so we had to valet park for the weekend. The front of the sink and vanity in our bathroom had streak marks down the front of it that I wiped off and we only had one wash cloth for two people - when we went to guest services to ask for two more the next day the staff called someone on the phone and asked for our room number again and said they could bring up more … never happened 😞 Would not stay there again or recommend it."

"The Hotel was convenient to the my location for Saint Louis University Graduation. The Hotel was clean and served a very good buffet breakfast. The Hotel did accommodate me and I was allowed early check in. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant and also, gave me two complimentary bottles of water. Also, the Hotel did have validated parking for duration of my stay which was absolutely good. The staff did an excellent job cleaning and keeping the room stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Downtown stay in St Louis."

"We arrived right at 4:00, which is check-in time. None of our 3 rooms were ready. Finally when I checked back at 5:15, 1 room was ready. 20 minutes later one other room was available. We had to leave to get to our event at 6:05, so we were not able to check-in the third room until we returned about 11 p.m."

"The staff was awesome, from valet, bellhops, desk clerks and food service 5 stars for all. The breakfast omelets were very good, with a wide variety of breakfast options to feed the picky family eaters. Loved having an indoor pool but chlorine odor was immensely strong. Beds were very comfortable. We will visit again!!"
