“Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. “I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Village and would describe the experience as average overall. The location is convenient and close to attractions in Jackson and North Conway, making it a practical base for outdoor activities.
The room was clean but clearly dated. The furniture shows its age, although everything was functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the property itself was quiet with convenient parking.
