Easy access and self check-in/check-out. • Clean and Spacious 2,200 square feet. • Sleeps 9, with a fantastic bunk room for the kids. • 3 Bedrooms / 7 Beds (Queen, Double, 5 Twins in the Bunk Room). • 3.5 Bathrooms. • Sun-filled, open-concept living space, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. • Gas-fire place makes our living room warm and cozy. • Large family room at the lower level for family movies and for kids to hang out. • Board/card games and DVD player (bring your favorite movies or watch our favorite sitcom “Friends” All 10 Seasons). • Wireless Internet throughout. • Smart TV: log into your Netflix, Hulu or other account to watch your favorite series. • Large capacity washer and dryer within the condo. • Little library in the living room. • EV Charging Station at the Condo. • Smart thermostats for heating. • In the summer months, we have the cool mountain breeze. We have a large portable AC unit in the living space for days that may feel little warmer or humid, and fans throughout the condo.

• WMAC MEMBERSHIP -- Our Valley Condo has membership to the White Mountain Athletic Center. Guests are welcome to use the facilities with a guest fee of $20 pp or max. $50 per family (per day). WMAC has indoor /outdoor pools, indoor tennis, fitness equipment and classes, and spa services! It is 1-min. drive or 7-min stroll to the WMAC.

• SO MUCH TO DO -- Many activities and events year-round and all within minutes of the condo. Walk to Nordic Trails and Snowshoeing. 4 amazing Mountain Resorts nearby for Skiing and Riding but of course WATERVILLE VALLEY RESORT is only 6 minutes or free shuttle to/from the mountain and practically to your doorstep.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: When booking, we highly encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance, in case you need to cancel unexpectedly. It can provide a sense of security when you pay for reservations with non refundable time frames, have a big trip or travel during the COVID-era, which can be unpredictable. Travel insurance can be purchased separately at any reputable travel insurance company.
