Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

  • This cozy and quaint getaway is designed for guests that are interested in a peaceful and quiet trip away!

    We want you to feel at home and taken care of when you stay at our condo.

    A short 5 minute drive to Mt. Tecumseh or take the Free Shuttle to the ski slopes.

    Hiking trails can be accessed directly behind the condo.

    2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms with a spacious floor plan.

    Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in the all seasons porch and looking at the spectacular Mountain View’s that wrap around the property!

    Relax in the family room, enjoy reading, watching t.v. after a day on the slopes.

    The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

    The kitchen has all the amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There is a washer & dryer within the kitchen area. The family room has a 65” flat screen t.v., bar and all seasons porch. A ski locker is provided to securely lock up your ski’s, hiking equipment or other items..

    ***Remember, this is a condo and not a hotel. We have neighbors so guests must be respectful of them at all times of their stay. An, Acknowledgement of Condo Rules & Regulations along with verification of identity will be asked of each guest prior to stay.

    ***We thoroughly launder every touchable fabric after each guest. (Shower curtains and liners, towels, all linens, robes, bedding, blankets, throws, sofa pillow covers etc).

    ***Our commitment is to provide our guests a unique vacation experience in a clean and comfortable setting with a bit of style mixed in. All season guests are welcome. (FYI: Summer guests be aware we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is quite comfortable using our air circulators though.)

    ***Maximum guests allowed is 4.

    ***We do not offer long term rentals.

    ***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed) & No Pets.

    ***The White Mountains were recently rated as one of the "10 best fall weekend getaways in the US for autumn charm".....Fall Waterville Valley colors will blow you away!

Our stay at K3 was excellent! Absolutely clean and well appointed. You could see they take very good care of the condo. Beds were super comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Host was super responsive. Highly recommend - we definitely will return next time we’re in Waterville Valley.

The condo was clean and pristine when we arrived. The views of the white mountains were nice. There was plenty of room for our family of four with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and an enclosed porch where you could get the best views. It was easy to get to and find the keys at the management office; other vrbo owners bury the instructions in the lease agreement, sometimes multiple pages long, but this owner made it so effortless for us to get in on arrival day by sending all instructions through the app. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, even a few k cups to get us started. I would absolutely bring my family back here again.

This is one of the best condos we've stayed in. Amazing "extras" from the charging chords at the nightstands to lots of extra cozy blankets on the couches. Lots of seating for all (and comfortable!!). This place is so much larger than it looks and very welcoming.

Perfect mountain condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous mountain views and the shuttle to the ski area is right out front. It was perfect for a family of 4.
