"It fulfilled the basic needs. Mostly used by blue collar workers brought into the area on a temporary basis. The pool looked fine, but I didn’t use it. Lots of odor of marijuana on and around the property. "

"In my opinion it is a stretch to call this is a 2 bedroom. It's actually a 1 bedroom with a second bed in the kitchenette area. It was smaller than expected since it was advertised as 2 bedroom. The refrigerator is even in the closet. The photo shows the host house and not the apartment which is on the end. The host controls the temperature as there is no thermostat in the apartment. My companion and I arrived late and it was cold. There was only one extra comforter in the closet so we were both cold the first night. The host did provide 2 more blankets the next day and I think turned up the thermostat. There was no charming garden view looking out the window by the table and most of the plants along the walkway were brown. It was clean and in a good location. Communication with the host was good. "

"This truly was one of the best experiences I have had over the years during my multiple trips to Florida. I can't say enough good things about the host. They were extremely welcoming, everything was labeled, and there were instructional videos for the hot tub. It is a secluded and quite neighborhood, but it is a short drive to everything in Sebring. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, hot tub with a TV above it...just an awesome play to stay. My wife doesn't want to stay anywhere else in the future. "
