"There was a room situation from what I had booked so what we had was not ideal for three travelers yet the receptionist and manager (Mike) responded immediately to our needs and the situation was resolved, and then Mike did what a manager should do in my opinion is excellent customer service he bright a happy ending. He apologize for our inconvenience and he gave us a free night to stay at any of America suite. Now that going over the top to make a customer satisfied With their stay!!!"
