Cozy Cottage stay

The property was very clean and felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Neighborhood was mostly quiet and close to the highway so it made for easy access to the property and beyond. Highly recommend staying here

Fantastic stay! The house felt cozy and safe. It was extraordinarily clean. We’ll certainly book again on our next trip. It’s also centrally located so you’re a short drive from a major grocery store and great shopping.

Waxahachie Wonder

Our little house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. The decor was so cute and eclectic! Very comfortable beds!! We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Such a nice cozy place to stay in a quite neighborhood five minutes from Getzebdaner Memorial Park where we have come the last 9 years for C10 in the park. Very convenient access and great communication with the host.

Adorable and comfortable home

This is a charming house filled with books. The two bedrooms and one bath is more than enough to accommodate four adults. It includes all the amenities that you will need. The host is very engaging and responds quickly to your questions. If we ever make it down this way again, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage. Excellent Location.

Wonderful cottage! I rented it for a girlfriend getaway. There was plenty of room to visit, work on a project, yet have separate space to relax. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s easy to get to downtown and great restaurants. Great host with excellent communication!

Clean, great location and we loved the books!

This property was clean, stocked well with the things you need, such as kitchen appliances and equipment, plenty of towels and wash cloths. The only drawback was the mattresses on beds were uncomfortable and the thermostat kept changing temperature to some kind of automated program already installed. Overall we were pleased with the home.

Loved the Little Book House

We loved the laid back vibe from this house. It was decorated beautifully! I was pleasantly surprised with the extras provided such as coffee, tea, popcorn, and oatmeal. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very easy to check in and very conveniently located to downtown (5 minutes) with a quiet neighborhood and large backyard. We would definitely stay here again.
