“Unique, fun and spacious area for multi family gathering. Although it feels very off the beaten path, the city people found it easily and appreciated the proximity to shopping and retail, as well as Grand Rapids and everything the city offers to do. The people coming from farm areas were not overwhelmed by city..best of both worldsThe rooms are large and spaced well enough that no one feels right on top of anyone... dining table for 10 is great!Would definitely book again!”

“The amenities were less than poorly maintained.The bedding was not cleaned from last visitors. There was human and dog hair in the beds lots of it. I could not believe they did not attempt to change the bedding and all the extra throws were filled with dog hair and unclean. The jacuzzi was literally filthy. The hot water inside the home was scalding. We constantly got burned every time we turned on the water because even warm wasn’t warm it was at an unsafe temperature (enough to have a medical……

“We came into town to attend a friends wedding. Location was great. Easy to get to many places. Had plenty of room for us. The only down side I could note is that the driveway kind of sneaks up on you fast until you know where it is. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hosts were very responsive with any issues. Once you look past the obvious things that raise concerns with the property it's obvious that the hosts have provided for a comfortable stay for their guest's. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with utensils and space for everyone. Beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. Plenty of linens, hot water and good heat. We enjoyed several long walks along the trail. Quiet, secluded. Overall a very good stay.”

“The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. There were sex toys next to one of the beds and sex toy boxes in the trash can. There was blood smeared on walls and the couch was dirty. We never found the remote to the TV and there were no cups in the kitchen. The sheets were dirty too. I would not recommend this place. ”

“Very rough around the edges for the cost. Home not in great shape. Fridge wouldn’t keep contents cold. Backyard and screened in porch need work. ”
