“The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable, with convenient parking and beautiful surroundings, but the room is a bit small and the bath is okay.”

“When I arrived at the hotel. There was a young girl working at the desk. She checked me in and told me I was on the first floor. When I entered my room, it was not mountain view. It is parking lot view. My reservation stated Mountain View . I came out and spoke to the clerk. The clerk then called the manager. After the clerk explained to the manager, we were in the wrong room , the manager said she would be back within a hour. The clerk told the manager that I wanted to speak with her when she……

“First of all Expedia should not be associated with this property. Upon check in on May 9th 2026 our economy king room had NO microwave, coffee maker, fridge, alarm clock, hair dryer, instructions for TV or remote, I questioned our room choice it was different on my reservation. They moved us to another room and it only had a fridge and nothing else. They were upset at us. Plus the amount they charged me at check in was higher than my reservation confirmation said. I questioned it and desk person……

“I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again.”
