"I expect certain things when staying at a well regarded chain hotel - one of those is free internet usage. It's been 20 years since I have had to pay for Boingo or the like but here we are having to sign up for Hilton Honors membership to access the wi-fi. Sorry; way too many emails as it is, boys! Parking was not free although when making the reservation I was under the impression it was. It was discounted so for that, thanks. No complimentary breakfast? Come ON! I know the price of eggs were supposed to go down day one and of course they didn't but there wasn't much special on offer besides eggs, toast, cereals...all nice but for 10.99? I have stayed at far cheaper hotels that were less grasping. The room was clean and linens and towels crisp; it was quiet at night and perfect climate control for the room temperature. Friendly staff. So except for the above griping about the Hilton snatching at every last dime from their guests I give this hotel a Good, but not Excellent rating."

"I can't recommend this hotel more! We had a son at UNH Law School in Concord for 3 years and stayed in the hotel about half a dozen times. Every time we were given incredible service and the hotel has excellent amenities, plus the rooms are fantastic. The staff is some of the best in the region. A couple of my favorite things are the automated espresso maker. Any kind of coffee you want in minutes, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte or regular coffee. The breakfast every morning is very good and the room it's located in is bright and cheerful. There is a movie theatre next door and they give you a coupon for free popcorn. They have chocolates and cookies every night for a treat, plus ice cream for purchase when want a really fun dessert. The restaurant and bar attached to the property (on the 1st floor) is one of the best in the City. They have a wonderful menu, the food is great and their drinks list (Wine, Beer, Whiskey, Bourbon, etc.) is extensive. The gym is located in the basement, but a really nice small gym with all the equipment you need including free weights. The parking garage takes a little practice, but is ultra convenient on the back of the building. Once you park one time, you'll have it down. The location in the city is also fantastic. Can't beat it. Across the street is a new rooftop bar that I totally recommend as well. Don't know when we will be back, but we will miss this wonderful hotel!!!"

"It was a good place to stay right off the highway nice and clean seem like a safe area away from the homeless. The only negative was the AC unit sounded like a loud washing machine."
