「The room was supposed to be non-smoking. It smelled like a box of cigars. 」

「This place is absolute trash. It’s in a sketchy area, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t latch, and the chain on the door was ripped off. Not safe to say the least. Room itself was beat up and minimal. We asked for a refund and were refused. So we left and stayed at a Hampton inn 20 min away instead. 」

「Beautiful and cozy place to stay in Spring Hill! Thank you. 」

「I request check in information/codes three times and received no response. The owner essentially ghosted me. I spent over two hours with VRBO representatives trying to resolve this. They tried two times to contact the owner to no avail. At the last minute we were forced to scramble for a place to stay. The lack of response was absolutely unacceptable. O」

「The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. 」

Hot showers are what I look forward to thanks for having the nice shower head installed. Did a great job on the layout I look forward to staying again.」
