「This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. 」

「This was a great place for our family to gather. We have been visiting family in the area for almost 20 years and our own family has out grown the guest rooms at the in-laws sending us in search for a bigger place to stay. 「Very accommodating, comfy beds (a real +). Kitchen fully loaded with supplies (including spices and condiments). We spent so much time down on the dock crabbing and fishing. Our dogs loved the freedom and space. Made friends with others in the area and did dog walks with them.」
