「The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.」

「In town for a bike race and I really needed a good nights sleep. We requested top floor but when we arrive staff said there was not a room available. The room we were in was under a family with teens and children (possibly living there…this is an extended stay hotel). They were literally running and jumping above us and the floors are apparently very thin so we heard everything. About 10 pm I went down and requested to be moved and the lady at the dark told us she was not authorized to do that...

「Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking.」

「The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. 」

「The air was out in the hallways. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. Staff was amazing, but the facility is definitely lacking compared to when I stayed last year.」

「I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed.」

「My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.」

「I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but I don't believe I have ever stayed somewhere quite this bad. The pool smelled terrible, and we ended up not using it. The room was disgusting, the bedspread had very interesting stains, and the mattress cover had huge brown stains all over it. The sheets themselves were clean. Bother the desk chair and the "comfy" chair were also extremely dirty. The towels were stained. The door was missing half of the safety lock, and I had to pick up the entire door...
