The staff is what made the difference. The front desk lady was on her own and it was a busy night. She remained consistently pleasant and thoughtful. She let common sense prevail as to going « by the book ». Bravo! The service industry needs more of her!

The place was a great size for a large New Year's gathering and very clean! The host was extremely responsive, even reached out before our stay when the weather was getting unsafe for travel and offered to move the dates by a day. Overall, we had a great stay.
