"Rooms were very nice and it was easy to get to the city centre by tram, tram stop is just 100mts away. Shared spaces were so nice. "

"A great Hotel, very handy for the rail station for a 15 min train trip from the airport. It is a very modern building, so don't expect old Viennese architecture. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful when asking questions about trams and recommending restaurants. The rooftop bar is lovely, with a great view over the City."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. I also really appreciated how quickly my room was changed upon request—this was handled promptly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my overall experience. A special mention goes to Daniel, the waiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. His warm attitude and attentive service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, great service and a positive experience. I would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location. We arrived after a transatlantic flight and were happy thst the room was ready- but then one staff came over and said she couldn’t give us the room until at least 12 noon (?), unless we paid an extra 50 euro. I can understand if the room isn’t ready, that happens - but if it’s ready what is the point in making us wait? That kind of soured our experience unfortunately."
