“The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent.”

“Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊”

“The gentleman that owns it was so helpful and very easy to approach. It was a beautiful place and I wpuld definitely go back”

“The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“Easily walkable to university and town centre”

“Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials.”

“We loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars after a beautiful walk around”

“A wonderful small apartment in a beautiful village location with everything you can possibly need closeby.”

“Easy to access accommodation, brilliant communication, clean and tidy. Perfect location!”

“Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.”

“Absolutely perfect location for exploring the city. Comfy beds and beautifully clean. Host was extremely quick at getting in touch when we had a query. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend”

“Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area.”
