“So...the place was okay for the price....until we got there...i know i dont expect an entire breakfast assortment but the breakfast was jimmy deans sandwiches everyday. Ehh i could live with that. But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel……

“Room was a good size but no closet, Bathroom sink clogged, shower had no place to put soap Property was poorly maintained. Internet was spotty. We were told when we checked in if you put your key next to your cell phone it would disconnect your key access and there was nobody after 9:00 PM to help you The desk was never manned before 10:00 AM The beach that was available was across a busy road and not very nice”

“Wonderful stay”

“Bathroom was a bit unclean with hair in the tub and grime around faucets. Sheets were stained but otherwise ok.”

“My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! ”

“The property is as picturesque as in the photos! It is very well maintained and the lake access with the private beach was wonderful. The ducks by the lake were very friendly (I’m guessing they are nicely fed by visitors lol). The rooms are clean and updated. No maid service unless requested. AC in the room worked great! The continental breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room could be a little bigger. There are lots of stairs, so if your mobility is impaired this probably is not the……
