“One arrival the welcome and service was a put off. We were taken to our room and on arrival at the door they had two houses keeping carts at the door. On entering the apt we were so dissipointed with what we were getting our $2300 Canadian. We requested a room change which was done with hesitation. We were put in another room however it was a struggle for me as it's three flights up and no elevator. I can't climbing too many flights of stairs so been so tired and stressed took it. “This is a very nice apartment style place to stay. About 10 minutes by car to Holetown which has lots of restaurants to choose from. The snorkeling right off the beach is great. The apartments are beautifully decorated. If you’re looking for somewhere super quiet to stay, this is it. However of you want a more lively resort, the don’t recommend it.”

“We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. Also on our last day there was a lunch buffet set up in the Italian restaurant which offered a wonderful variety……
