"Peter and Jane are terrific hosts of a beautiful spot on the lake. We did all the things. We hiked Mt. Blue to the top. We peddled the boat out onto the lake. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the screened in porch. We made fires and roasted marshmallows. We had a terrifically beautiful family vacation at this perfect little cottage on the lake."

"The property was a lovely space! We needed a one night stay in the Farmington area, and this place was perfect. The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! Thank you so much for the quiet and relaxing stay!"

"This place was awesome! Cool rustic cabin with modern upgrades and add ons. The rustic feel to the original cabin made the experience very unique and the added on bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There is another separate cabin which was a great place to hang out, get some work done, or relax with an evening cocktail. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again."

"Overall awesome stay! The house was clean with all the amenities you could need in the kitchen, for the TV, towels, etc. Great interior vibe. Fireplace and all appliances worked well. The host made checking in very easy and shared all information needed for the property. The only surprise is that the twin bed (bunk) is shorter than average but not an issue for shorter people/kids. "Lovely view of lake, but no private access. Have to go to “public” beach or dock to paddle board or swim. NO blackout curtains in any of the rooms, so be prepared to wake up at sunrise. BBQ grill had not been cleaned in ages. Spent 45 minutes scrubbing. No outside dining table."

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct.
