Rip off.. hidden fees.. change utoy for the first night plus 400 deposit make sure u let the..know ur Canadian or there's a tourist charge Overall not happy.. they apparently upgraded my room to fallsview with only one king bed for 4 to sleep ..they forgot that I booked a room that is suitable for my family of 4 , 2 children 2 adults They were quick to bring the One cote no pillows no blankets until I again made another request....again the up grade was great but not worth the waiting and the endless calls. .. Pool was over chemical itching watering even had a swollen eye In the am... Room service never came and replenishment our room. Stayed there for 2 Over charged Lol Explanation plz So u book and they charge u ..ok... 651 that's for 2 nights plus parking.. Then ur charged 771 for 1 night plus deposit fees. .. That's right off the bat when checking in ... So they charged me 651 plus 771 .. I didn't even pay for WiFi yet.. All in all.... Front desk is trained to say what they say, Concierge ia good ...they need to read there reviews.. After I book I looked and I thought what a mistake... 100 I could have found and spent better "

"The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests. Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."

"The good: The waterpark is great for younger kids and our 4-year-olds had a great time. The room was nicer than pictured, with the bunk bed area being truly separate from the double beds, and it was clean. We were able to check in early and check out slightly late. The bad: The whole area with the arcade/towel service/gift shop/restaurant (which you have to go through to reach the water park) seemed designed to test my patience. The staff were typically only present at one or two places, and we had to go looking for them to get service at another station. The space was outdated, and I estimate that 1/3 of the games were broken (no signs indicating such). Most of the games took tokens but some took loonies or toonies, which was confusing. The food at the cafe was bad and VERY expensive. No outside food or drink is allowed. I'm talking 11.50 for a SMALL cup of ice cream expensive. $20 for 6 chicken wings. The staff was slow and didn't really seem to know what was going on. The scary: Security. You don't need a key card to enter the building, by the way. I somehow lost my room card at the arcade, and a man seemed to follow me back to my room. I had the card reset and got a new one at the front desk. The front desk seemed concerned and said they'd review security footage, but I never heard back. Someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night, and again, staff promised they'd review security footage, but no one reached out. I was disappointed."
