Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“This is just a house that rents out rooms by the night, not the MacMaster dormitories. Only parking for 1 car for the whole house, despite having 3 or 4 separate rooms, otherwise its street parking. Much of the house, bedroom and common spaces, are in various states of disrepair.”

“This property has great potential, but there were certainly areas for improvement. As this property is in the basement of a home, there are people living upstairs, so some noise was expected, however, the noise from upstairs was at all hours and it was more than just your typical moving about. There were multiple nights where it seemed like furniture was being moved or built at midnight, screaming and running around at all hours, and even cleaning with a very noisy vacuum at about 2AM.
