It was excellent
Everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about our host she went above and beyond any host I have ever has. She directed us to supper restraunts and checked on me daily. We had several long conversations about restaurants, places to visit and life in general. She treated me like family and thats a hard thing to find in this day and age.

Vacation in Wellington
We recently spent 10 days at the Colorado House. Leanne was a very gracious host and responded promptly to questions. The pool and outdoor space is very pretty and the large fenced yard was great for our 2 dogs. The house is older and could use some updating, but the furniture and beds are comfortable. The focus of the house is the great room. It's lovely and huge with very high ceilings. The lighting is indirect and high so the room does get quite dark at night. The addition of some end table lamps would be perfect. The kitchen is very tiny with just enough room for one, but functional. The dining table is in a dark corner of the great room with no light, making it quite difficult to eat a meal, or sit there at night, but there are many very good restaurants within just a few minutes drive so dinner out was fine with us...and there's an outdoor table for daytime. Renters should be aware that the patio and pool are shared. This was not a problem for us as the occupants of the other house during our stay were friendly. The property would be great for a large group or family interested in renting both houses. There was no info provided regarding things about the house such as TV operation, etc. or restaurants in the area, which is unusual for a vacation rental but, again, Leanne is very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation at the Colorado house.

Great location!
Very convenient, spacious, very clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, peaceful and the pool is lovely. Only thing lacking is kitchen is very poorly stocked if you wanted to cook your own meals.

Lovely home with fenced yard and great pool

Excellent!
The guest house was just perfect and equipped with everything I needed. I escaped to this lovely property from Hurricane Ian, and felt so welcomed by LeeAnn. She is a lovely person! The pool was wonderful and the beautiful yard was completely fenced in for my doggies. I would love to come back to this very nice house. Thank you LeeAnn.

Very Tranquil
We enjoyed our stay, very quite and private. Very nice, clean pool and patio with very nice lounge chairs. Table with 4 chairs to eat out by the pool The bed was comfortable, as was the sofas snd chairs. Had plenty bath towels, bath room was good size. The kitchen is a galley kitchen, very tiny, but I cooked 4 large meals with no problem for my family that visited with us. If we ever go back to Wellington I would gladly rent there again

Peaceful and comfy!
Lee Ann was wonderful- check-in was a breeze. Everything was even ready a little early. We made dinner a couple of times and had everything we needed- Publix supermarket wasn’t far. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great property if traveling with a dog!
We absolutely loved our stay and the privacy of our fenced-in yard for our dog. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, too. Lee Ann was wonderful, communicative and helpful! The pool was clean and property was as well. Just needs a more comfortable bed! We’d love to spend a month here again. Thank you!

I was very disappointed by this guest. They had a huge party of 25 people or more. I had to confront them at 1:30am and ask the extra people to leave. Although a few came back after I left. I charge them And they did pay right away for the 6 who came back,. I spoke with Toni and clearly said no smoking in the house. She assured me they will smoke outside. Also it was marijuana, my home inside stinks. Ozone machine for 2 days. The neighbors sent me pics of about 20 cars park on my lawn and driveway. There is still cups on my lawn after this unauthorize party. She beg to check in day early and I let her. Very disrespectful of my home and house rules. They tamper with my pool heating equipment as well. On a good note speaking to her and her boyfriend i find them pleasant she did pick up in the home of any trash left by her massive party. My neighbors are not racist but when you see 20 cars you have to wonder. I would not ever rent any of my homes to her again. They are due 200 dollars for 2 over night guests that were not disclosed to me, she was charge 100 per person as indicated on my site. She still hasn't paid. HomeAway is dealing that issue. Do not rent if you want to protect your home.

Oasis in the Heart of Wellington
We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 weeks during the Winter Equestrian season and loved it! The house was super clean and comfortable (we loved the comfy couches) and the pool was a real highlight that we enjoyed daily! It is perfectly located near all the show grounds, restaurants and shopping AND the beaches are an easy 30 minute drive. We also very much appreciated the quiet, friendly neighborhood that's great for walking. LeeAnn is an outstanding host who was very responsive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable! I HIGHLY recommend this property and look forward to our next visit! Thanks for everything LeeAnn!!

We loved it here!

Perfect Summer Vacation Retreat
