VRBO needs to define what constitutes an apartment. We filtered choices to include apartments and condos because we planned to cook Christmas dinner. This property is a motel room. It was very clean, but besides not having a kitchen, a window that can be opened, sufficient towels and toilet paper, the dishes included 1 mug , 2 glasses, and 2 paper bowls. The coffee maker is in the bathroom and I could open the fridge while sitting on the toilet--not a sanitary set up.

Super clean! I felt really safe the owner was super accommodating as I requested to park in the driveway and she accommodated my request. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again!

Quiet, secluded, off the radar in the middle of everything
This is a nice off the radar location that’s about 30 minutes from the beach, downtown & many other attractions in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach area. Great for couples or single getaway. Planning on booking this Studio next time I visit.

As advertised!... place was clean and confortable. Not only did we feel safe about ourselves but also about our vehicle being parked in their driveway. The neighborhood itself felt safe. Host was reachable when needed and very accommodating. We would definitey return.

This property is in a SAFE neighborhood! Great location to WEF and other farms in Wellington. Publix, restaurants, and gas stations all within the neighborhood. Room was exactly what it was advertised at. This host is also pet friendly 🙂

Very nice stay
We had a good experience. The room was clean and tidy. Angela responded quickly to any request. The TV needed to be adjusted and her husband was there to assist within minutes. Very nice neighborhood and conveniently located.

Beautiful
The property was great. It was spacious with lots of storage if staying long term. I wish it would have had a more comfy chair to sit in ( I have back issues) but that is just personal preference. The property had everything one needs for a stay. The best part was that it was close to our family and everything we needed to do. We did have to contact the property owner and she responded right away. I wish to thank her for a great place to stay and we will consider it the next time we travel to Wellington..

After confirmation I was not provided an address or phone number of contact. Had to search for this info after my payment info submitted. Should have been provided automatically. Also never received info on how to access unit. Had to call manager after traveling all day. Very frustrating. Manager claimed it had been sent via email. It may have gone to spam but manager should have requested receipt email acknowledgment. Info provided over phone did not work. Only then did manager tell us it was Unit # 2 while we were at Unit 1. We were not aware of a second unit as Unit 1 was the first unit visible and Unit 2 was not visible from #1. Frustrating to say the least. Won’t go back.

Clean and met our needs, this is just one room with bathroom, suggestion to make sure that light above the door outside is functioning, as its hard to see the door code box at night ,it wasn't working for us ,otherwise all ok

This is the second time we stayed here. This place is great from booking to check out. The studio apartment is exactly as advertised. Check in was seamless. Angela is very responsive to texts. The place is on a quiet cul de sac in a safe and very pretty neighborhood. The studio is VERY clean (so important to us!) and comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee pot, fridge, microwave, writing desk and bistro table for two. The path to the door is well lit with driveway parking and there is a coded lock on the door. We think this place is terrific!

Excellent accomodations for a great dollar value in the exclusive Wellington FL area.
As described it is a studio apartment, however, I pleasantly surprised at its size. Excellent location in an upscale neighborhood near several restaurants and shopping areas. It was meticulously clean, and I felt most secure on the surrounding grounds. It is a perfect get away for one or two adults. Best part, I was able to bring my dog Jack.

We visit Wellington about twice a year to visit family. The hotels have gotten too expensive so we decided to try a VRBO this time. And we are so glad we found this gem! We drove up to a lovely home on a very quiet cul de sac. The front of the house was covered in pink bougainvillea. Gorgeous! We had our own designated parking spot in the driveway. So convenient! There was a wide, well lit walkway around the side of the house to our private entrance. Inside, we had a nice bathroom (shower, no tub) and a generous sized bedroom/sitting area. The queen bed was very comfortable. There was also a nice desk and bistro style table with two chairs. The unit was equipped with a microwave and a few utensils, as well as a keurig with coffee pods, fridge, hair dryer and nice TV. Since we were busy with our family we really didn't spend much time in this unit but it was very comfortable and perfect for us. The host communicated very clear instructions on where to park and how to get into the unit. The whole process was seamless. The neighborhood is great and we would love to stay there on future visits to Wellington.

I stayed for 2.5 weeks during WEF and was very comfortable. It was close to the show and I appreciated the work space in the unit. I also had my small dog with me and the neighborhood was very nice for walking with her.

We were staying at this place with our dog. The entrance is behind a house. & separate from the main house. While we were there, no one was at the main house, so it was completely private. The neighborhood is lovely. There’s a nice park on the lake towards the back of the neighborhood. Publix (grocery) is within a mile or 2, plus good restaurants, & for dessert, Whit’s frozen custard! We appreciated the small refrigerator with freezer drawer & the corner desk in the room. Otherwise, it’s basically like a hotel room sized space. We hope to return.
