「Palmer House needs some tlc and we hear renovations are planned in the future. It is nothing fancy just an average motel. The pool and hot tub advertised is closed indefinitely. We knew nothing in advance and consider this misleading in expedia description. No microwave in room either. Staff knew next to nothing about local amenities and not much literature out either. We found out there is an excellent visitor center in Manchester w maps, helpful tips etc. Staff need to visit the visitors...
