This a a sweet little place with a long history in town. It's close to great restaurants and just a mile to Wells Beach. It was clean and affordable for our off season stay.

The outdoor pool was open but I was only there a short time. Enjoyed the suite, far exceeded my expectations. The view was lovely, would stay there again.

Stayed here before and had an ok room but this one is better. Nice place near the beach, about 20 restaurants, a hannafords, a great little movie theater, convenience stores AND Congdon Donuts is across the street. Nice little outdoor pool.

We were upgraded from a motel room to an efficiency unit. That was a nice surprise. The unit was clean but basic. No frillls. TheTV remote didn’t work but was fixed the next day. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable.

This place was incredibly relaxing, and very well kept! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend the Garrison to anyone looking for a nice easy going, clean place to bring the family for a few days. Zero chaos, incredible views of the ocean/inlet, nicely landscaped, gas, groceries, pharmacy, mini golf, fun park, and all kinds of other stuff within walking distance... We travel for work and stay in a lot of places and this is by far our new favorite place to unwind! 10/10

Disliked: Amenities

Management were hostile and had ridiculous rules. Hidden charges. Treated Expedia customers like third class customers. Nice property but needs management/ownership change, drastically.
