The delightful wood burning stove emits extra warmth and ambient light on chillier evenings, making this room a cosy place to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. There are books and games for guests to use. Upstairs on the first floor, two inviting bedrooms with glimpses of the sea are presented (a king-size and a single), each with hotel standard mattresses and a television for wonderfully indulgent, lazy mornings. Outside, the pretty courtyard garden is accessed from the kitchen meaning that al fresco dining from the charcoal barbecue is easy. Hire an e-bike from nearby Cockle Bay e-bike hire, or a trail, mountain or kids bike from Wells Bike Hire and spend a day exploring the local area. Just four minutes walk from the cottage is the beautiful Buttlands; an attractive, leafy green square lined with lime trees, and two great gastropubs.
