This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is perfect for up to 4 guests. Enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains by the firepit. Whether you're hiking, biking, or simply unwinding, "Dragonfly Cottage" promises an unforgettable getaway.
Step into a welcoming mudroom with seating and storage, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with a picturesque window. The spacious living room provides a cozy retreat with strong WiFi, while the bathroom features laundry facilities and a convenient walk-in shower. Both bedrooms and the dining room offer window air conditioning units for your comfort.
Outside, a private yard awaits with a grill, fire pit, and a hammock for leisurely afternoons surrounded by abundant wildlife. Explore nearby attractions like Downtown Wellsboro, the awe-inspiring PA Grand Canyon, State Game Lands, Pine Creek, and State.

Dog Friendly-Must have prearranged approval from host and an additional $150 paid before arrival
- No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed.
-Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property unless crated.
-Dogs cannot be off leash while outside.
-Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book.
- If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge.

Quiet. That is the number one thing we came for, and we got that, here. Just a short distance from town, main highway and all, but sitting outside of this cottage, all one hears is.... Nature. Love it!This place was very charming with a lot of character. It's a very old house at its core - 1890's ish, I think. And with that, you are going to have old-house traits: Creaky, uneven floors, low ceilings (I'm 6'1", and had to be just a little careful in some doorways. Never had to duck, tho!).... No worries, there are newer floors, newer carpet, newer paint. The heater works great! The kitchen is fully equipped. Good wifi, and it reaches outside. Charming and Peaceful

We were very satisfied with this cottage. It does have the quirks of an old house, as mentioned in the listing/reviews, the floors are a bit slanted and some of the ceilings a bit low, but neither of those things detracted from our enjoyment of the house. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are spacious and open. Kitchen windows offered a nice view, and the couch was super comfortable. If you’ve stayed at a house with a bad couch you’ll know it matters! Host provided basic necessities as specified, and we had no issues. Enjoyed the proximity to Wellsboro while having a private place.

Very nice cottage and location

Our stay was spectacular, the cottage is very cute, clean, convenient location and close to the town shops, grocery and restaurants in Wellsboro. A short drive to Colton Point to see the Grand Canyon of PA. Firefly cottage has all the amenities you need, from kitchen supplies to fresh drinking water and convenience items, towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The fire pit was nice to sit by day or night, along with star gazing at night.
