「We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more.」

「Loved close location to Wembley Stadium, which was our reason for staying. Very clean with plenty of amenities supplied. Great balcony too. AC not very effective. Internet, although supplied with WIFI, was non existent. All communication received from hosts not received as no internet. Apologies for not emptying bin but didn’t know this had to be done (due to not receiving info from host re: no internet) Would stay again though. Thank you.」

「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem.

「I really enjoyed my stay here. Great apartment, very clean and so convenient for staying away for a week for work. Supermarket nearby for the essentials, parking space and no noise of slamming doors like you get in a hotel.
Will book again for my next trip.」

「Very disappointing experience.
There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

「We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing.
Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel.
The BEDS were where this place has so much room for improvement. Probably the most important part...
