"Beautiful views from the room and restaurant. Good breakfast and great service. But hotel is a bit old, pools are heavily chlorinated, and the bed isn’t that comfortable. "

Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh food and the infinity pool and saunas were a great way to end the day. The location of the hotel is great- a very short walk to the train station and the gondola. "

"Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "

"The location is super convenient! Walkable from Interlaken West and there are buses that bring us to different towns. Reception is very helpful in our enquiries Room is clean and spacious too. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Will stay here again"
