We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4"

"This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. Walmart, super markets, all fast food, waffle House is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Super convenient and wonderful. The renter was super responsive and helpful. "My wife and I needed a place near our son who recently got out of the army and started school in Tampa. The property was spotlessly clean (a real plus for us) and easy to find. It was wonderfully centrally located in the Brandon area near our son's apartment with plenty of restaurants and other activities around. "Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again."

"Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay!"

"My only disappointment was that I thought the screen porch had a view of the lake. We were on the road side. We also needed help to get in, thank goodness a property manager was still there and came over to help us. We did enjoy the apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed."

"Stayed for two nights here on a vacation. The balcony was overlooking the bay. Two beds and they were comfortable. Nice size TVs. Full kitchen. It was quiet and secluded. You could hear music from the restaurant across the bay by the sand but that wasn’t an issue. We saw dolphins swimming in the evening! Super cool! The staff at the front desk were nice. The guy at the front security gate was nice and helpful (younger kid with glasses). You can park anywhere once you get your parking pass....
