“Parking was on street, and a parking permit was provided. The house was spotless, and absolutely stuffed with antiques and memorabilia! I could have spent all day marveling at the decor ”

“Our stay at the Ryan mansion was truly a delight. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the mattress, pillows and covers so very comfortable. The soaker tub was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and was an enjoyable way to start the morning in a lovely setting. Mary was a wonderful host who made us feel welcomed. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and was incredibly accommodating. Thank you Mary!”

“I went to the Monastery Hotel to check in at 5:00 p.m.. after several spa treatments at the attached spa that afternoon (that is another story space won’t allow me to review here). My plan to end a long awaited, relaxing spa day had been to check in, order a room service meal and glass of wine, and have a quite relaxing night in. During check in, I was advised that the restaurant had just closed (at 5:00P.M.?!!) and no room service was available. I was more than annoyed but I reluctantly……

“I had a king room on the 12th floor. It was quiet and spacious. The nice big shower was so appreciated after long days walking around the city. The location is close (walking distance) to all the activity on George Street, the Mary Brown Centre as well as a quick walk to Water Street to catch public transit.”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
