"We booked this for the solar eclipse of 2024. The house was perfect! We had the best of both worlds, lake view but close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Erie. Plenty of room for our group that we went with. Inside was up to date and the backyard was amazing! It was clean and well stocked, maybe adding a few more drinking glasses would be a good addition. We would definitely recommend this house on Lake Erie, and will keep it in mind for future trips!"

"The layout flowed very well on the main floor from the living room to the kitchen and dining room. Nice entrancewsy to put shoes and coats. Bedrooms were comfortable and had easy access to bathrooms except in the basement. Nice balconys and outside areas."

"Quiet neighborhood. Decently located. About 15 min from Splash Lagoon for us. Close to Waldemeer and the beaches for future visits. House is small but more than enough room for my family of 4 including two children, ages 3 and 1. Will definitely consider staying again in the future."

"This duplex was so nice and very comfortable to stay in. The beds were super comfy to sleep in and I found the VRBO description very accurate. It was located so close to everything making it easy to load up the family and get to places quickly. All of the necessities were provided - fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and even some spices and coffee! I especially liked the communication that Sarah had with me.
