"Property claims to have a sauna which it don’t we paid extra compared to other properties just for that reason. There was 5 of us but only 4 single beds and the property claims to sleep 14 which is a lie as one of us had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa which don’t turn into a sofa bed "
