"Loved the bed. Room was great too. One elevator is a problem. I was on the 5th floor and waiting during the morning was a pain. A couple of times I walked the stairs."

"When I got to the hotel in a hurry to get to an event I booked that day, checkin was seamless but when I went to the room the air conditioning wasn't operating correctly and I told the front desk. They said we'll have another room ready after your event. When I got back late they had changed my room and easily corrected the problem and I was able to sleep in a cold room. Appreciated their willingness to change the room and not hold me up so I could make my event."
