“The space was great! Updated, clean, modern - perfect for a small group. Of note, the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom is actually a day bed w/ a trundle. The room is a bit too small for the trundle to pull out entirely. It works all right for a small kid (age 10 or less), but definitely not a grown child or adult. Beyond that, though, the place was perfect!”

“This VRBO is amazing, immaculate, and feel fortunate if your date is open to book. The owners could not have been more accommodating and the house was even better than described. Everything for a perfect vacation is included, especially a view that is magnificent! Thank you for making our Mother’s Day wonderful! We will surely be back to stay again!”

“Had a wonderful girls weekend at this home. It was clean with amazing views and very close access to the beach. It was a cold weekend but we could sit in the living room and watch the waves which was nice. Everything was as stated and our host was awesome. He checked on us when we arrived and took the trouble to send us ideas for dining. Hoping to stay again maybe in September. It’s a 10 !”

“Honesty perfect! If you are looking for a relaxing bay front with all of the amenities to relax, fish or play, look no further! The fact that we brought our dogs on their first vacation had us concerned, but the host of this beautiful getaway made that comfortable as well. The yard is fenced but if you have jumpers like we do there are tie down leashes kept in the yard. Decor is adorable and the entire cottage was recently updated and spotless. We look forward to visiting again!”

“Our family had a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend in Margate at this tastefully renovated home. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, no surprises. We cooked the full meal in the kitchen, which had the necessary pots and pans, a large refrigerator and a brand new stove and oven, but didn’t have all the utensils we needed, but we still made it work. The living space and dining-kitchen area are perfect for spending time together as a family. Allison responded quickly to any questions we had.……
