“Checked in on 6/20/26 everything seem fine at first but we leave and head to the boardwalk and come back to hotel room to see ants crawling around front door and middle of room floor so I instantly contacted the front office to cancel my stay because I was uncomfortable staying after seeing ants in the room, also I have a 6 month old with sensitive skin so I definitely wasn’t staying with peat in the room! From desk said I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them and when Expedia went……

“I’ve been going to Flagship for over 20 years and it’s a good hotel. The only thing that is a major issue is the elevators and that has been a problem for years. You can wait for an elevator for over 20 minutes or longer and sometimes people just end up walking down (imagine having to walk down 20+ flights). They never run all the elevators at once which is ridiculous and can really impact your visit. There is a soul food restaurant that is a new addition and the food was amazing but we had to……
